2026 Kick-Off | First Event of the Year

The 100 Women Who Care of the Texas Panhandle (TPWWC) launched their first event of 2026 on January 11 at the Square House Museum. Embracing a game day atmosphere, the Panhandle Junior High Cheerleaders energized attendees by opening the meeting with an enthusiastic cheer in honor of Women Who Care.

Group Impact and Giving History

Since its founding in June 2024, TPWWC has made a significant impact through collective giving. The group hosted two events in 2024 and four in 2025, contributing a total of $96,300 to nonprofit organizations serving the Texas Panhandle, as well as communities in Guatemala and Haiti. Their commitment to philanthropy continues strong into 2026.

Event Highlights

At the January event, Kyle Joy, founder of Third Strand in Canyon, Texas, shared how the organization utilized funds received from TPWWC in September 2025. Following three compelling presentations, members selected the Ronald McDonald House of Amarillo as the recipient of the Kick-Off event donation.
